Easy2Weigh – Onboard Weighing
The Easy2 display has been developed to work with the Truck-Tech UK range of vehicle load monitoring systems.
The Easy2 installs neatly into spare DIN slots can be panel-mounted or attached on a vehicle dash.
The Easy2 uses touch screen display for vehicle weighing. The Easy2 read full colour LCD touch screen gives operators the power to monitor payloads, load distribution to assist maximise profits and avoid overloads.
Simple on-screen menus mean drivers can choose between Net, Gross, Percent, Collected, or Delivered weights.
It’s packed with standard features such as on-screen customer identification, printing and storing weighing transactions as well as high security anti-tamper pin code protection and on-screen diagnostics.
It’s also compatible with a range of accessory devices for maximum vehicle utilisation and payload efficiency.
The touch screen calibration makes set-up straight forward and Easy2…!
Mechanical Suspensions
Quality high precision micro sensors that can be mounted anywhere on coil, single leaf or parabolic mechanical suspensions.
Installation of each sensor is done in minutes allowing vehicle down times kept to an absolute minimum, with no modification or fabrication required the Easy2 System can be installed on a standard service slot in any workshop with no specialist skills required.
No high maintenance bespoke brackets levers rods or springs to install.
Simply attach the sensors to the suspension and run the cable to the Easy2 display mounted in the vehicle DIN slot or specified cab location.
Easy2 sensors can be also be used on mixed suspensions.
Air Ride Suspensions
Pressure transmitter sensors for air ride suspensions.
Shock and vibration resistant are used for load pressure monitoring specifically designed for extremities and harsh environments found within the automotive industry.
Simply tee in to the airline in minutes using the tee piece.

Mobile App
The Easy2 WiFi option is a straightforward phone or tablet application that displays the vehicle weight and target loads. The app can also store load information as a log to keep a total on daily or weekly movements or as proof of pick up or delivery.
